It also features a tourmaline plate with dual bristles that help to smooth and polish hair while you're blow drying! PROFESSIONAL TIPS FOR PROFESSIONAL STYLING

Understanding hair type: It's always best to take into consideration the density, texture and porosity of hair when using any styling tool. Each tool in our newest collection features a wide range of temperatures needed for a variety of hair types. The Polisher features three heat settings and The Curve has a temperature range from 265° to 450° degrees Fahrenheit. When styling, always start with the lowest heat setting. If you feel you need additional heat, gradually work your way up until you have found the temperature setting that works best for you!

Sectioning Hair: The key to salon quality styling is sectioning! Always use sections that are the width of the tool. This ensures that your hair will receive even heat distribution and will help you to work through the hair faster. The plate of The Polisher is 2 inches wide - so when styling with The Polisher, use sections that are 2 inches wide. The Curve features 1 inch plates, meaning 1 inch wide sections are best when using The Curve. It sounds like smaller sections would take longer, but smaller sections actually help you to not have to run the styling tool through the hair as many times.
